Subscription Refunds
Bilto offers refunds for subscription purchases within 14 days of the initial charge, provided the service has not been substantially used.
Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@bilto.co. You can also raise a support ticket under Billing category and we will handle your request.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by our payment partner, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Renewals and Subscription Fees
Renewals and subscription fees after the initial billing period are generally non-refundable.
